The BVAS is an independent predictor of cardiovascular events and cardiovascular disease-related mortality in patients with ANCA-associated vasculitis: A study of 504 cases in a single Chinese center
2018, Seminars in Arthritis and RheumatismCitation Excerpt :Standard IIF assay was performed according to the manufacturer’s instructions (Euroimmun, Lübeck, Germany). Testing for PR3-ANCAand MPO-ANCA was performed as previously described [7]. Treatment protocols have been described previously [8,9].
Predictors for Outcomes in Patients with Severe ANCA-associated Glomerulonephritis who were Dialysis-dependent at Presentation: A Study of 89 Cases in a Single Chinese Center
2013, Seminars in Arthritis and RheumatismCitation Excerpt :Standard IIF assay were performed according to the manufacturer's protocol (EUROIMMUN, Lübeck, Germany). In antigen-specific ELISA, two highly purified known ANCA antigens, proteinase-3 (PR3) and myeloperoxidase (MPO) purified as previously reported [13], were used as solid phase ligands. Renal biopsy was performed in 42 out of the 89 (47.2%) patients at the time of diagnosis and before the initiation of immunosuppressive therapy.
