Diagnostic criteria for juvenile psoriatic arthritis.

Inclusion criteria
Arthritis and psoriasis; OR
Arthritis plus at least 2 of the following:
  Nail pits or onycholysis
  Dactylitis
  Psoriasis in a first-degree relative
Exclusion criteria
Arthritis in an HLA-B27–positive male beginning after the sixth birthday
AS, ERA, sacroiliitis with IBD, reactive arthritis or acute anterior uveitis, or a history of 1 of these disorders in a first-degree relative
The presence of IgM RF on at least 2 occasions at least 3 months apart
The presence of systemic JIA in a patient
Arthritis fulfilling ≥ JIA categories
