| Arthritis and psoriasis; OR |
| Arthritis plus at least 2 of the following: |
| Nail pits or onycholysis |
| Dactylitis |
| Psoriasis in a first-degree relative |
| Exclusion criteria |
|---|
| Arthritis in an HLA-B27–positive male beginning after the sixth birthday |
| AS, ERA, sacroiliitis with IBD, reactive arthritis or acute anterior uveitis, or a history of 1 of these disorders in a first-degree relative |
| The presence of IgM RF on at least 2 occasions at least 3 months apart |
| The presence of systemic JIA in a patient |
| Arthritis fulfilling ≥ JIA categories |
