Performance accuracy and reaction time of the n-back task in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and healthy controls (mean ± SD). Intragroup analysis of both groups used a general linear model for repeated measures, and p < 0.001. Interclass analysis of the n-back task between the SLE group and control group used 2 independent-sample t tests (RT) and Fisher’s exact test (accuracy).
