Hip pain category 1 includes subjects with > 0 and < 4 hip pain score. Hip pain category 2 includes subjects with ≥ 4 hip pain score. PR (95% CI) = prevalence ratios adjusted for age, sex, and body mass index and taking into account clustering of observation on subjects at phase 2 and phase 3.
