AB  - We describe a patient with rheumatoid vasculitis (RV) who showed a good response to anti-tumor necrosis factor-a therapy. TNF-a antagonists should be considered as treatment in systemic RV, especially in patients who do not respond to immunosuppressive drugs or who have contraindication for such treatment.
