AB  - Patients with Sjögren's syndrome (SS) have an increased risk of developing lymphoproliferative disorders, mainly non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and pseudolymphoma. We describe a young Caucasian woman with a 7 year history of SS, who presented with meningeal signs and symptoms and was found to have non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of the central nervous system.
