AB  - Axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA) and diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis (DISH) involve tendon and ligament ossification showing similarity on spinal radiographs. Differentiating axSpA from DISH facilitates proper treatment and improves inflammatory pain; however, the overlap between axSpA and DISH delays its diagnosis.
