AB  - We read with great interest the very thoughtful commentary by Joob and Wiwanitkit1. We agree with the authors that, despite conflicting clinical data to date, it is possible that hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) may have a protective effect in the setting of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID‑19).
