We describe complete remission of dermatomyositis (DM) after B cell depletion therapy for more than 4 years. In July 2002, a 54-year-old male patient was admitted to our department with a 6-month history of dermatitis on the face, hands, elbows, and ankles, with Gottron’s papules.
