If you have renewed your subscription, the online data previously registered will resume with the renewal.

For institutions, you can change your IP address.
Can I get a usage report?
Usage reports are only available for institutional online subscriptions with registered IP addresses. If you have an institutional online subscription, view or download your usage report.
Reports are updated monthly on approximately the 15th of each month. If you would like to receive an email notice when each month's reports are available, sign up for usage report alerts.
My print issue is damaged or missing. How do I submit a claim?
If you have not received the latest issue or if you have received a damaged issue, please submit a claim.
Note: For late renewals, issues from February to the date of renewal are shipped as Back Issues, then you will receive the remaining issues as they are published monthly. If you renew after January 1st, the January issue has already been sent as a grace issue and is shipped to you at the beginning of January.
My supplement is missing. How do I submit a claim?
Each supplement is tied to a particular print issue (e.g., 42(11):Suppl93 means that the November issue is shipped together with Supplement 93). Therefore, it is not possible to submit claim for the supplement only as both are shipped as one package.
If you would like to purchase a supplement separately, please see our Reprint FAQ.

Is shipping included in the Print + Online subscription?
Normal shipping is included in the price of your subscription. AirMail shipping is available for an additional charge. There are no extra charges for shipping back issue(s) when ordering new subscriptions; however, please note that back issues are shipped at the end of each month and we ask that you please allow 6-8 weeks for North American addresses and up to 12 weeks for elsewhere, from date of mailing for delivery. Should you wish a speedier delivery, it would be at your expense (i.e., you provide your FedEx/Purolator account number and the shipping is applied to your account directly).
I forgot to renew my subscription. Are there late renewal fees?
Renewing subscribers please note: The January issue is sent to all previous year subscribers as a grace issue to help ease in the renewal rush and is still shipped out the beginning of January - therefore, when claiming a missing January issue, please do so within your specified time frame (For example: before March 1st and May 1st, respectively, for the January issue). Should you renew late in the year, the earlier issues, from February to the date of renewal, are shipped as Back Issues and then in this instance you would allow the claim time frame from the date of shipment (i.e.: US and Canada: 2 months / Elsewhere: 4 months).
USA/International subscriptions: Late Renewals (i.e.: received after May 31st) are charged an additional US$10 per back issue. For example: a renewal received on the 14th of August – the Late Renewal Fee would be an additional US$70.
Canada subscriptions: Late Renewals (i.e.: received after May 31st) are charged an additional Can$12 (taxes included) per back issue. For example: a renewal received on the 14th of August – the Late Renewal Fee would be an additional Can$84 (tax included).
