Abstract
Dr. Richard Panush, a long-time colleague, friend, and coauthor of Dr. Theodore Pincus in a 2005 study,1 expresses appropriate alarm about "Science imperiled."2 He notes profound consequences of cruel,3 unethical, irrational, abrupt, and counterproductive actions, with assaults on universities, termination of grants, and dismissal of essential federal workers and accomplished investigators, while leadership positions are filled by incompetent sycophants.
