Abstract

We present a patient with central nervous system (CNS) vasculopathy in systemic sclerosis successfully treated with a vasodilator.

A 63-year-old female patient with diffuse cutaneous systemic sclerosis (dcSSc) presented with acute-onset hearing loss, tinnitus, right arm paralysis, and paresthesia.
