Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG)-associated autoinflammatory syndromes (PGAAIS)1,2 encompass clinical phenotypes such as pyogenic arthritis, PG, and acne (PAPA) syndrome, and PG, acne, hidradenitis suppurativa (PASH) syndrome.1-4 However, some patients exhibit features of these syndromes without fitting the current nomenclature.1
