Abstract
SAPHO (synovitis, acne, pustulosis, hyperostosis, and osteitis) syndrome is a rare chronic inflammatory disease involving bone, joints, and skin1. No consensus has been reached on the treatment of SAPHO syndrome and the current options may lead to variable outcomes2.
