Give The Journal of Rheumatology Subscription as a Gift
The gift of a subscription to The Journal of Rheumatology includes one year of print issues and full access to our online content, with articles, editorials, first releases, and online supplementary data on the latest research in rheumatology.
When completing the subscription form, in Step 2, please input the recipient's details (e.g., full name, email, and address), and in the comment box indicate that this subscription is a gift and include your billing address and email. You will be asked for your payment information after Step 3.
Shipping (Print + Online)
Standard shipping is included in the price of your subscription. AirMail shipping is available for an additional charge of Can$120. There are no extra charges for shipping back issue(s) when ordering new subscriptions; however, please note that back issues are shipped at the end of each month and we ask that you please allow 6-8 weeks for North American addresses and up to 12 weeks for elsewhere, from date of mailing for delivery.
Express delivery is available at the subscriber’s expense (i.e., you provide your FedEx/Purolator account number and the shipping is applied to your account directly).
Renewing your Subscription
To get the benefits of another year of The Journal of Rheumatology, renew your subscription today.
Renewing subscribers please note: The January issue is sent to all previous year subscribers as a grace issue to help ease in the renewal rush and is still shipped out the beginning of January - therefore, when claiming a missing January issue, please do so within your specified time frame (For example: before March 1st and May 1st, respectively, for the January issue). Should you renew late in the year, the earlier issues, from February to the date of renewal, are shipped as Back Issues and then in this instance you would allow the claim time frame from the date of shipment (i.e.: US and Canada: 2 months / Elsewhere: 4 months).
Once your subscription renewal is processed, the online data previously registered will resume with the renewal.
Late Renewal Fees
Late Renewals (i.e., received after May 31st) are charged an additional Can$12 (tax included) per back issue. For example, a renewal received on the 14th of August – the Late Renewal Fee would be an additional Can$84.
Payment Options
We accept only 2 credit cards: VISA and Mastercard. You can also pay by Money Order, Bank Draft, or Cheque.
For Canadian subscriptions, cheques are to be made payable to: (The) Journal of Rheumatology.

Agency Discounts
There are no agency discounts.
Submit a Claim
If you have not received the latest issue or if you have received a damaged issue, please submit a claim.
Note: For late renewals, issues from February to the date of renewal are shipped as Back Issues and then you will receive the remaining issues as they are published monthly. If you renew after January 1, the January issue would have already been sent as a grace issue and shipped to you at the beginning of January.
