Change scores were calculated by subtracting final score from initial score to produce positive treatment-related change, as per convention. All 4 readings were pooled, not averaged, in calculating the SPARCC score change. SPARCC score SRM was recalculated for each clinical measure comparison by pairwise deletion of cases with missing clinical measure data.
