Comparison of the B*2704 and B*2705 constituent ratio between Han Chinese patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS) and those in other areas of the world. The constituent ratios of B*2704 and B*2705 in our study population were 76/93 and 12/93, respectively. Significant differences for the distribution of B27 subtypes between patients with AS from different ethnic groups are indicated.
