This article analyzes important data on drug survival of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) inhibitor therapy in patients with ankylosing spondylitis versus nonradiographic axial spondyloarthritis. Its strengths include (1) a large cohort of studied patients based on prospectively registered data in the nationwide DANBIO registry, and (2) the assessment HLA-B27 and patients' response to TNF blockade.
